Kerala Private security Providers Association (KPSPA) is an association of security Agency owned across Kerala established in August 2017 with a motive to take care of all members problem and difficulties and also the welfare of security guards.
KPSPA is one of the most prominent security service providers in Kerala. Kerala Private Security Providers Association is an organization that provides services in all areas of security including personal protection, building and venue security planning, crisis management and industrial/commercial security. KPSPA provides a range of Risk Management and Security services to all over Kerala, private clients. Due to the diversity of our client base, we have consultants from a wide range of backgrounds and professions heightening our knowledge and experience within the security industry which we serve.
We are not only known to provide security in the form of skilled personnel but also have trained staff for countering any sudden threats. Our areas of operations but not limited to are Corporate and Business Houses, Banks, Insurance Company, Hospitals, Housing and Co-operative etc.
The Oldest Association in Kerala having more than 100 prestigious members which is widely accepted by the Kerala Government and the Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI) & The only Association in India having its own Training Centre affiliated to MEPSC. Members are benefitted as they can impart training to their guards and officers free of cost.
Our vision is to start training centres in Ernakulam, Trivandrum and Calicut regions to train all the employees without any fees. KPSPA members will deploy only trained guards to improve the quality of service.
Our mission is to help the Police department by linking Security guards with the Police department. Through this, we can reduce criminal activities across Kerala.
We issue MoU for the members free of cost by giving proper training to their guards for the purpose of a PSARA License.
We also give training and issue MoU to non-members by charging for the training to strengthen the industry by properly training the guards
We have given wonderful support to the society during the 2018 and 2019 floods and during the Covid time by helping the poor section of people.
‘SNEHARDRAM 21’ was appreciated by the State and Media equally as the project was aimed to serve food to the poor people during the lockdown covering three major regions of Kerala – South Central and North.
The professionally managed Association KPSPA is having the credit of most democratic Association as the founder members paved way for a new team in General Body Election after making the organization a reputed and Professionally Managed one
Trained around 450 security guards
And 50 Security Supervisors
We have one training centre presently and planning for one each at Trivandrum and Calicut
We have sufficient TOT qualified faculty
Training to security guards and supervisors are mandatory as per the guidance given in PSAR Act. But in Kerala, we do not have a sufficient training centre or infrastructure for giving proper training to staff.
Under the guidance of Master Trainer Maj. Raghunath (Force 10) we have set up this training centre and imparting training to fulfil the requirements of member institutions.
Our plan is to have training centres in Calicut and Thiruvananthapuram also.
